Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
Allow the sauce to simmer for 4-5 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
Remove the saucepan from heat and let the caramel sauce cool for a few minutes.
Pour the caramel sauce into a jar or container and let it cool completely before using. Enjoy.
Notes
Use full-fat coconut milk for the creamiest texture.
Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less brown sugar.
For a deeper flavor, try using dark brown sugar instead of light.
