Baked Shrimp with Feta and Grilled Sourdough

dried oregano

sourdough bread

olive oil (for grilling)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a baking dish, combine the shrimp, feta cheese, olive oil, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
While the shrimp are baking, brush the sourdough slices with olive oil and grill for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown and toasted.
Serve the baked shrimp with the grilled sourdough bread.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice to the shrimp before serving.
You can substitute other types of cheese, such as goat cheese or mozzarella, for the feta.
If you don't have a grill, you can toast the sourdough bread in a toaster oven or under the broiler.
