salted peanuts

mini marshmallows, divided

butter

light corn syrup

chocolate chips
Instructions
Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine popcorn and peanuts.
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
Stir in corn syrup and 1 cup of marshmallows until melted and smooth.
Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and peanuts. Stir until well coated.
Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining marshmallows and chocolate chips over the top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Cut into bars and enjoy.
Notes
If you don't have light corn syrup, you can use golden syrup or honey.
Feel free to add other mix-ins, such as pretzels, candy pieces, or dried fruit.
For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips.
