Instructions
In a large pitcher or mixing bowl, combine the orange juice, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, honey, ground ginger, and cayenne pepper.
Whisk or stir the mixture until the honey is fully dissolved.
Add the chilled sparkling water to the pitcher and gently stir to combine.
Pour the Cortisol Cocktail into glasses filled with ice.
Garnish with fresh orange slices or pomegranate arils, if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
To give it a slightly different flavor, rim the glasses with a blend of sugar and cayenne pepper.
Adjust the amount of honey or cayenne pepper to suit your personal taste preferences.
If you prefer a sweeter or spicier drink, feel free to add more honey or cayenne accordingly.
