of watermelon
cubed and seeds removed
½
cup
of plain yogurt
optional for a creamy texture

tablespoon
of honey or agave syrup

of ice cubes
A few mint leaves
optional for garnish
Instructions
Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove the seeds.
Add the watermelon cubes to the blender.
If you like a creamy smoothie, add the plain yogurt.
Pour in the honey or agave syrup for sweetness.
Add the ice cubes to make it cold and slushy.
Blend everything until smooth and frothy.
Pour the smoothie into glasses.
Garnish with mint leaves if you like.
Notes
Use a seedless watermelon to save time.
For a dairy-free option, skip the yogurt.
Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey or agave syrup.
