450g large shrimp, peeled and deveined

120ml prepared pesto sauce

30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

30g grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Boil linguine in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, then sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Increase heat to medium-high. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Season shrimp with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add cooked linguine to the skillet with the shrimp. Pour in pesto sauce and lemon juice, then toss until noodles are evenly coated.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the noodles and toss to combine.
Divide onto plates, garnish with fresh basil leaves, and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to suit your spice tolerance.
For extra freshness, garnish with additional lemon zest before serving.
