In a large bowl, combine the diced avocados, cucumbers, and grapefruit segments.
Add the chopped mint and cilantro to the bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil and lime juice over the salad.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.

Notes
For a sweeter salad, add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
If you don't have fresh herbs, you can use dried herbs, but use half the amount.
To prevent the avocado from browning, add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice.
