¼
cup
olive oil
2
tablespoons
lemon juice
2

garlic, minced
1
teaspoon
dried dill
½

salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
2
tablespoons
butter, melted (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the salmon fillets.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
If using, drizzle the melted butter over the salmon just before serving.
Notes
For a crispier skin, broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking time.
You can substitute other herbs, such as parsley or thyme, for the dill.
If you don't have fresh garlic, you can use 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder instead.
