Ingredients

frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)

fresh spinach

ripe
banana, sliced
½
cup
plain yogurt (Greek or regular)

cup
milk (dairy or plant-based)

tablespoon
honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
You can use any type of berries you like, fresh or frozen.
If you don’t have spinach, you can use kale or any other leafy green.
For a sweeter smoothie, add more honey or maple syrup. You can also add a pitted date or two for natural sweetness.
