Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, seeds, and shredded coconut (if using).
In a small saucepan, heat the peanut butter, honey, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat until melted and smooth.
Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated.
Spread the granola mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden brown.
Let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet before breaking it into clusters.
Notes
You can use any type of nuts and seeds you like in this recipe.
Feel free to adjust the amount of honey and maple syrup to your taste.
Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
