can sweetened condensed milk

Zest

Instructions
In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the filling is set.
Notes
For a thicker filling, you can refrigerate the pie for up to 4 hours.
Feel free to add a dollop of whipped cream or a sprinkle of powdered sugar before serving.
If you don't have a graham cracker crust, you can use a store-bought pie crust or make your own.
