Instructions
If you are brewing your own coffee, start by brewing it according to your preferred method.
While the coffee is still hot, pour it into the blender.
Add butter (or coconut oil), MCT oil, cocoa powder, peppermint extract, and sweetener (if using).
Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds, or until frothy and well combined.
Pour into a mug and enjoy!
Notes
If you don't have a blender, you can use an immersion blender in a mug.
Feel free to adjust the amount of peppermint extract and sweetener to your liking.
You can use any type of milk you prefer, but full-fat coconut milk is a great dairy-free option.
If you don't have MCT oil, you can use coconut oil instead.
