Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the oats, chopped Butterfingers, chocolate chips, and M&M's.
Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
If the dough is too sticky, you can chill it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before scooping.
Feel free to use your favorite type of chocolate chips or M&M's.
You can also add other ingredients to the dough, such as chopped nuts or shredded coconut.
